Developer Cryptic Studios took the superhero MMO off for a couple of hours to fire up their jumbo patch. It addresses ”hot issues” and gives a free retcon to users if they want it.
A pretty big list of other tweaks have been named on the MMO site, from the mundane to the more practical - ”flickering point light shadows” beats ”opacity transition time” I think. Agree?
”A full Retcon is available for any character created before 2009-09-10 08:30 UTC,” posted devs.
Unfortunately they hit a slight snag: ”The UI for this is currently bugged, but to use it, you can type “/Character_UseFreeRespec” while at the Retcon window. Note that this will not confirm your decision, it will instantly wipe all of your powers.”
Be sure to check the balance changes before using up your free retcon, you wouldn’t want to waste something that’s free would you?
