Customers of Valve's Orange Box for PlayStation 3 have "legitimate beef" with the studio admits Gabe Newell. Valve "didn't have" in-house resources for it.
That's why you don't have the same content they've "been delivering to PC and Xbox customers." Valve won't be changing their platform tune; no PS3 projects"in any real way."
"If you look at the customers that I feel we've done the worst job at taking care of is the people who bought our product on the PS3 - Orange Box on PS3," Newell told GTTV, reports .
"Those are the people who I have trouble saying anything to other than 'Yeah, I'm sorry. You have legitimate beef with us." The Valve boss went on to explain why the PS3 suffers...
"That grew out of how that product was developed. We didn't have the in-house resources to deliver to them the same content that we've been delivering to PC and Xbox customers."
He also revealed that Valve are not working on any PS3 projects when asked, replying: "Uh, no. Not in any real way." Looks like they're sticking with PC and Xbox 360 guns for now.
