Producer Jean-Francois Boivin of AC: Brotherhood said recently the series would be passing on 2011. 'Not their decision' says CEO Guillemot.
"The decision is not theirs,” Guillemot said in response to Boivin's words about Assassin's Creed taking a year off, as it were, reports VG247. "It would not be right to comment right now." Brotherhood is the next entry but it's a spinoff of AC2's Ezio.
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC November 16th in the US, 19th in Europe. The PC version uses Ubi's highly controversial DRM servers.
