Speaking in a press release, SouthPeak CEO Melanie Mroz said: ”Stronghold 3 will be a terrific addition to our line-up as our premier release for Spring 2011.” The franchise has sold over 5 million copies in total around the globe.
The publisher promises that developer Firefly has built on the series’ ”firm foundations with a significantly improved graphics engine and new gameplay elements.” It will release exclusively on PC next year in spring. An official website has been launched.
