Title Update 6 for Gears of War 2 out now, adds in Social Matches

Developer Epic Games and Microsoft have announced that the latest Title Update for Gears of War 2 is finally out the door, sprinkling goodness.

Social matches allow users to jump in and out of matches easily, and social matchmaking lets parties join in new or ongoing games. Go get it.

As long as you own all four downloadable map packs then social matchmaking is open to you. All those packs are included in the newly discounted price of 800 MSP for the All Fronts Collection DLC. You can buy them separately still of course.

A Triple Experience Weekend kicks off today and ends next week on Tuesday. That means triple the points in any Gears of War 2 multiplayer mode on Xbox Live.
