Information released today has announced the formation of a new, possibly digital-focused games publisher named 7Sixty.
The Texas-based firm aims to work ”with talented developers to provide players with unique and enjoyable experiences on a range of formats, including consoles, home computers, smart phones and tablets. Each title will have a clear digital road-map that aims to expand their longevity, consumer reach and community interaction.”
Their first title will be Stronghold 3, by London-based studio Firefly Studios. The castle-building strategy game was originally being published by SouthPeak, who 7Sixty is apparently affiliated with.
We’re not sure what this means for SouthPeak itself, or Stronghold, but we’ll keep you up to date with any further developments.
