The press release bragged that in one week, there were more than 83,000 downloads of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2011: The 3-D Experience Exclusive Sneak Peek, which would be impressive if that didn’t represent less than a tenth of a single percent of PlayStation 3 owners worldwide.
As for games: ”If you’re a PS3 owner equipped with a 3D TV, you’ve already been introduced to the awesome 3D baseball experience with MLB 11 The Show. You’re probably also looking forward to the nearly 30 stereoscopic 3D titles that will be available on the PS3 by the end of 2011, including favorites such as UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception and Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, among many others.”
Sony also announced that among the 3D movies available on PSN, Tron Legacy releases on April 5.
