Square-Enix has announced the mystery game that the publisher and Portal co-creator Kim Swift had been working on, Quantum Conundrum. The new game deviate too far from Portal, as it is a first person puzzle game revolving around Science, with a capital “S”.
The game is more bright and cheery than Portal, however, which you play a kid left alone in their uncle’s house/giant laboratory, when your uncle is trapped in another dimension. It’s your job to track him down by navigating your way through room after room of weird puzzles. You have the power to use different “dimensions” in each room to change physics. For example, a “fluffy” dimension makes objects lighter.
