Volgarr the Viking pillages Kickstarter, funded after 5 days

Crazy Viking Studios announces their first project for the studio, Volgarr the Viking, has achieved its goal of $18,000 through Kickstarter five days after beginning its campaign.

That leaves almost three more weeks for backers. The pledges will be used to finish Volgarr the Viking’s ”content and art”. The game is described as ”hardcore arcade-style action”.

The studio ”aims to reignite the passion” for skill-based gaming with ”tight controls, tough-but-fair game-play, and meticulous design.” It uses a 16-bit visual aesthetic.
