Still, gameplay footage of this stellar feat has surfaced. It shows the traditional top down view but also switches to third-person, bringing a whole new level (literally) to the GTA classic.
The project seems to have stalled and then fell by the wayside. You can immediately see GTA IV’s influence at third-person, as well as see how low those clearances are.
