Polytron has revealed that the developer is aware of the multiple issues with its recently released platformer Fez, and is working with Microsoft to get the problems resolved as quickly as possible.
The developer states that some of the issues are due to “older Xboxes with smaller hard drives” not being able to “tun (sic) the game at all.” Other users are reporting the game having trouble running off a USB stick.
Users are also reporting crashes occurring in “specific levels or situations,” as well as a certain “rare situation, exiting the game from the “wall village” interiors,” which results in an corrupted save file.
There’s no release date for the patch.
