D3 has announced that Earth Defense Force 4 will be released in 2013 in North America and Europe as Earth Defense Force 2025 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
EDF 2025 will feature for the first time in console release four-player class-based co-op, though the classes have not been defined yet.
