A 17MB PS3 update has re-added the Favela map to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The map was removed after religious imagery placed above a toilet offended a section of Muslim gamers. Here's a look at the edited image: "Activision and our development studios are respectful of diverse cultures and religious beliefs, and sensitive to concerns raised by its loyal game players," Acti said in a statement. "We thank our fans for bringing this to our attention." Nice to see that one cleared up. |
