Even though TheSurvivor2299 was revealed as a hoax, additional evidence of Fallout 4 production has been leaked.
Kotaku received voice casting documents which include scripts, character descriptions, and other details about the next Fallout. The word Fallout does not appear in these scripts - the project calls itself Institute - many references to Fallout settings and locations.
The game allegedly takes place in Boston - one might recall a side-quest about an android in Rivet City in Fallout 3 trying to escape Dr. Zimmer, who hails from Massachusetts. ,
Finally, the casting director for this project also worked on other Bethesda games, including Dishonored and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
It’s interesting that the owner of the hoax site ended it despite not airing a video he wanted to after taking to Bethesda’s Pete Hines, saying that the video might “show up elsewhere”. Perhaps Hines offered him something he couldn’t refuse.
