The game will apparently take place during the events of the first game, so the protagonist of the game won’t be “Jacket”, though he will have a cameo or two in it.
The developer also revealed that publisher Devolver Digital will be distributing the title. According to the duo who worked on Hotline Miami, Devolver has been ”super nice” and ”let us do whatever we want.”
Dennaton also revealed that a Vita version of the sequel is in works.
