Mac gamers are reporting various glitches with their version of SimCity, from failing to install or load properly to stuttering gameplay, or even refusing to work full screen.
”We’re aware some our Mac Mayors are experiencing a few bumps in the road,” tweeted Maxis. The studio claims only a ”small number” have been affected.
Some of the issues are apparently tied to the Origin software for Mac, which has been updated. Maxis support staff were ”working individually with our players to resolve their issues and get them into the game”, the developer told TUAW, a Mac news blog. Buggy launch?
