UPDATE Oof! That didn’t take long. The gameplay video mentioned below has been removed, but here’s a few key bits and pieces in case you didn’t have time to see it.
Heists - Unsurprisingly considering the cops vs. robbers theme, one multiplayer mode will be a Payback style bank robbery, with the police team trying to stop the criminals from getting away.
Blood Money - A collect-the-cash mode with both teams trying to grab the most loot and take it back to their base.
Campaign - You play a rookie cop called Nick Mendoza, who gets caught up in a cocaine deal and subsequently chased by half the criminal population of America.
Alongside all that expect other police-inspired action set pieces, including a possible hostage rescue mode.
You might want to check this out before it inevitably gets taken down. After today’s confirmation of war on crime shooter Battlefield: Hardline comes this huge seven minute trailer, uploaded by channel BF Hardline (which doesn’t look particularly legit) showing off the game’s new multiplayer and singleplayer content.
Is this the big reveal that was set to hit E3 in June? Possibly, and I can’t imagine EA will be too pleased if this is an unplanned leak.
More on the game and EA’s response to this fresh leak as it comes in. Meanwhile, what do you think of Battlefield’s new look?
