Dungeons & Dragons-flavoured hack and slash RPG Sword Coast Legends is coming to the PC on September 8, developers n-Space and Digital Extremes have announced.
A co-operative take on the new D&D 5th Edition rules helmed by Dragon Age: Origins director Dan Tudge, Sword Coast Legends features suchs fantasy classics as hordes of undead, wizards throwing fireballs, and dwarves with bad Scottish accents.
As well as familiar top-down action RPG combat, along with five playable races and six unique character classes, the game also includes an interesting real-time Dungeon Master mode, in which one player can set up challenges and encounters for the others.
You can pre-order the game now over on Steam, in both regular and Digital Deluxe versions. The latter comes with in-game items, tools for prospective dungeon masters, forum badges and a digital soundtrack.
