Reload Studios, a new company made up of former Call of Duty developers, has revealed the new game that they're working on, cartoonish FPS World War Toons.
Interestingly it's being designed specifically with VR play in mind, though anyone without access to a headset will still be able to play.
“Our team of veteran game developers has united with the feature animation industry’s most experienced creative artists to bring a unique set of highly stylized characters and environments to World War Toons,” says Reload.
Described as a “laugh-out-loud first-person shooter and tank combat game”, players will be able to switch between three classes on the fly; the cunning Officer, the stalwart Soldier and the rocket-launching Heavy. Each class “augments” your tank in a unique way, though it's not quite certain how the on-foot shooting and tank combat mixes.
Find out more about the game on the official website. Platforms haven't been announced officially just yet, but it would seem likely that the game's on the way to PC.
