QuakeCon descends upon Texas this week, with doors opening tomorrow. While we’re expecting to hear some news on games like Dishonored 2, Prey, and of course Quake Champions, it would still be nice to see some more immediate benefits. How about a sale on Bethesda and id games? Hey, there’s a sale going on at the Humble Store!
Here are some highlights:
- Fallout 4 - 50% off/$29.99 - Personally, I’ll hold out for a game of the year edition with all the DLC, but this a very solid deal for a very solid game.
- Doom - 50% off/$29.99 - I still haven’t played new Doom and this price makes it very, very tempting to get in on that demon-blasting action.
- The Evil Within Bundle - 40% off/$11.99 - This title from Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami was a victim of its own pedigree, but it still seems to have been a solid title for horror fans.
- Wolfenstein: The New Order - 50% off/$9.99 - If you haven’t played Wolfenstein: The New Order, you need to play Wolfenstein: The New Order. It’s the best single player shooter to come out in years, and just an excellent game from top to bottom.
- Dishonored Definitive Edition - 40% off/$11.99 - With Dishonored 2 right around the corner, why not check out the original? It’s a must play for fans of open-ended stealth classics like Thief and Deus Ex.
You might also be interested in the significant discounts for full game-plus-DLC packages including Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind, Fallout: New Vegas, and Fallout 3. You can also grab some classics including the original Fallout titles, the Doom series, and several of the Quake games.
The sale will end Monday, August 8, and you can check out the full selection here. Let us know what you pick up!
