Master X Master is a MOBA featuring both original characters and known favorites from NCSoft titles like Blade & Soul and Guild Wars 2. Naturally, this is a crowded genre, but MXM has some unique elements to help it stand apart. You have direct control over your character, giving the game a more action-oriented feel and allowing you full range of movement and the ability to dodge incoming attacks.
The other major addition is the tag team character select. At the start of a match, you’ll select two characters to play as and you can swap between them at any time, allowing you to set up unique combos with different abilities. You’ll also find a greater variety of game modes, including not just the classic 5v5 lane pushing option, but 3v3 deathmatch and a variety of minigames. Less competitive players will also appreciate the game’s solo and co-op PVE game mode, featuring story and character progression as well as unique boss fights.
