Max, an Autistic Journey is a retro-style RPG built to raise awareness and inform about autism spectrum disorder. Made by Stéphane Cantin with help from his son, Max, who plays a starring role in the game. You’ll take Max through day to day life, managing his needs and anxiety through a fantastical world of imagination.
It’s a simple game, but it’s hard not to root for a dad creating an indie title starring his own son, and even managing to make it to Steam. Max, an Autistic Journey is available right now, and a portion of the proceeds go to the Miriam Foundation, helping kids with intellectual disabilities live their lives to the fullest.
