Just like the real Batman, you never know when he will show up but you know he will arrive right before anything bad happens. What does that mean, exactly? I’m not quite sure. Anyway, if we are lucky, all five of Telltale’s Batman series will have released by the end of the year, assuming everything goes according to plan.
This information was first ‘confirmed’ by a GamesRadar tweet, but later retracted due to a comment from Job J Stauffer, Telltale’s Head of Creative Communications. GamesRadar initially tweeted: “Telltale’s first Batman season will be complete by the end of the year.”
This prompted Stauffer to respond saying, “This is a minor misquote. Certainly 'aiming to' have all 5 by 12/31. We develop live, so bear with us on Ep 5 in Dec. Regardless, you *will* play the majority of the series this year, if not all of it, after it premieres later this Summer!”
It’s a good year to be a Telltale fan judging by their launch schedule. Telltale launched The Walking Dead: Michonne at the beginning of the year and concluded the series after two months. In July or August, we will receive a mature Batman series that may conclude at the end of the year. To top that off, Telltale are premiering their third season of The Walking Dead sometime this Fall.
Telltale’s Batman series is scheduled to premiere this Summer.
