If you grew up in the golden age of Saturday morning cartoons, you'll likely get a kick out of this. Agents of Mayhem has been dated with a new trailer and a double-hit of 80s TV show tunes.
Coming from Volition and Deep Silver, Agents of Mayhem looks to bring the comical playground of Crackdown to more than just the Xbox line of systems. Whereas Crackdown 3 still has no real release date, Agents of Mayhem will be with us in August.
Playing out in the bustling streets of Seoul, Korea, this single-player third-person action game puts you in control of a team of three problematic anti-heroes each armed with an impressive arseanal. Agents of Mayhem Was First Discovered Through Some Clever Sleuthing Back In June
With a team consisting of three 'heroes' with a total of 12 up to the task of each mission, it's a case of working out which has the best tools for the job. There's Daisy's mini-gun - and booze; Rama's bow, the angered Red Card, Hollywood and Fortune to name a few.
It's a peppy trailer borrowing heavily from the action-heroes of yonder year. While the A-Team music plays out during its choatic combat, the theme of Nightrider seems to be planned for the next trailer looking to focus on the wheels around Seoul.
Agents of Mayhem releases August 15 in America with Europe having to wait untul August 18. Need more info? It has a rather robust website.
