4X RTS hybrid Civirevival is set to get a demo this week, and a new gameplay video has been launched to show us what to expect from it.
In this 4X and RTS hybrid, players will lead humanity’s last ark to rebuild a home among the mysterious ruins of the stars. Starting from scratch, players will scrape and scrounge to survive and thrive before eventually developing technology, commanding powerful fleets, and battling external threats.
It’s billed as a space opera and visually aims for a realistic look, with anime-infused character design. The description suggests that choices and character interactions will carry significant weight in shaping your personal rebirth of humanity among the stars.
A Civirevival demo will be going up on the Steam page on February 10, 2026, at 10 AM UTC.
The developers have disclosed that they have used generative AI to modify certain image assets and text.
