HITMAN 2 is celebrating winter through its Snow Festival Event which kicks off today, January 21.
The Snow Festival Event will last until February 12, taking place in a new mission in Hokkaido, where you can throw snowballs at your target. It also adds winter-themed items, as well as the Snow Master Challenge Pack which includes two rewards: an ice pick and the Snow Festival Suit.
HITMAN 2 players who also own the Legacy Pack, which includes all Season 1 content, have access to the Snow Festival Event starting on January 21 via the Hokkaido Legacy location.
Those who don't own HITMAN 2, will have to download the Hokkaido Legacy location as a free trial. The trial will remain available for the entire duration of the Snow Festival Event. Downloads become available on January 22 at 13 UTC for Xbox One and PS4, or 18 UTC on PC. All progress carries over to the main game
Alongside the Snow Festival Event, HITMAN 2 also received the Winter Sports Pack. Available to HITMAN 2: Expansion Pass owners, it adds five new items, usable in any of the game's location.
