Publisher and developer Ubisoft today announced Hyper Scape Season 1’s start date which, as it happens, isn’t that far away.
As the free-to-play battle royale prepares for its first proper season, the publisher also revealed the Hyper Scape open beta end date.
Players can try the game’s current version until Sunday, August 2 at 11:59 PM PT/7:59 AM BST, after which they will have to wait a short while before dipping back in.

That’s because Hyper Scape Season 1 is set to start a bit over a week later, on Tuesday, August 11, and is coming to PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Just like other titles in the genre, the battle royale’s first season will launch with a 100-tier Battle Pass through which players can progress and earn rewards.

Also coming in Hyper Scape’s Season 1 are new limited-time modes, a new hack, weapon and more, although Ubisoft hasn’t detailed any of them just yet.
