In anrevealing plans to create the third game in the series, the team revealed that development hasn't yet started, so it's still a very long way off, but did mention that they plan to release it on PC and consoles.
Little Big Adventure 3 - A classic from the past returns
Little Big Adventure was released in 1994 as an action-adventure game set on a fictional planet called Twinsun, which is being ruled by a tyrant called Dr FunFrock, and the playable hero Twinsen has been imprisoned in an asylum due to the prophetic end of the world dreams he's having about the dystopian planet.
Little Big Adventure had reached over 500,000 copies sold by 1999, and also received a sequel in 1997 called Little Big Adventure 2: Twinsen's Odyssey.
We remember both games very fondly, but the great news is that you can actually pick them both up onfor fairly cheap, with the first game being released as an by Dotemu. If you want a bit of a blast from the past, it might be worth taking a look.
We're probably going to be waiting a long time before we even see some gameplay from Little Big Adventure 3, but it's great to hear that Didier Chanfray and Frédérick Raynal are back at the helm. Hopefully, we can also see something for Alone in the Dark in the future, right?
