Publisher Hooded Horse and developer Overhype Studios have unveiled the Menace early access content roadmap, promising several hefty servings of content for the turn-based tactical RPG throughout 2026 and beyond.
Although “not complete by any means” and set to be accompanied by “constant adjustments and improvements to most game components,” Menace’s early access content roadmap nonetheless paints a promising picture for anyone interested in trying their hand at taming the Wayback system.

The turn-based tactical RPG’s upcoming content is splint into several sections, detailing what appear to be both bigger drops and continuous improvements likely slated to be delivered through a steady stream of patches.

You’ll notice that Menace’s early access content roadmap doesn’t include specific timeframes for its updates.
Although we should definitely expect some of them throughout 2026, the developer “explicitly decided against showing a predetermined order for adding the features,” opting instead to “go with the flow and repeatedly evaluate which feature makes the most sense to be added next.
“The problem with rigid roadmaps is that they impose strict boundaries on our development process, and that is not how we want to work,” it noted in a post on Steam.
Naturally, the shape of Menace’s early access content roadmap can change as development progresses and priorities shift. That being said, 2026 already sounds like an exciting year for the tactical turn-based RPG.
