Publisher Raw Fury is preparing for a (hopefully) strong end to 2025 by dating long-delayed horror game ROUTINE and tower defense & bullet hell hybrid Monsters Are Coming! Rock & Road.
Lunar Software’s first-person horror set on an abandoned lunar base overrun with killer robots has been in on-and-off development for the longest time, so it’s great to finally have a firm (and seemingly definitive) release date of December 4, 2025, for PC (Steam, Xbox app, and Game Pass) following all sorts of weird hiatuses and shakeups. Its latest trailer continues to keep things cryptic, but it’s intriguing and stylish enough to break through the noise, or so we think. Watch it here:
As for Monsters Are Coming! Rock & Road, we’re dealing with a roguelite that should play unlike anything else in the market due to its bold mix of tower defense elements with bullet hell. You’re in control of an “ever-moving city” and there’s more to survival than fighting; foraging and fortifying are part of the loop too. Plus, the art style is eye-catching enough to place it above the many Vampire Survivors copycats we’ve seen in the past few years. The wait won’t be too long now, as it’s coming on November 20 to PC across Steam, GOG, and the Xbox app (plus Game Pass). Catch the release date trailer here:
Last but not least, Raw Fury has also announced base-defense roguelite Dome Keeper will be hitting Xbox Series X/S and the entire Xbox ecosystem on December 9.
