Planet Alpha is one of those games that immediately leave an impression. In this particular case, it's due to its gorgeous, alien vistas, odd biology and fascinating graphics. Taking control over an odd, shellshocked creature, players will have to make their way across the surface of the titular planet.
While this sounds awfully similar to a number of other genre titles, Planet Alpha does have a number of tricks up its sleeve, not least of which is the protagonist's purported ability to alter the time of day at will. What Sam Fisher would've done for this...
On that note, Planet Alpha is indeed going to be featuring stealth in some form. As the trailer showcases, the protagonist will have to avoid some type of enemy mobs - including but not limited to flying space-whales and mechanised snakes. Being able to turn day into night at will surely helps with that.
Alongside stealth, we can also expect to see lots of creative puzzles to solve, as well as an overarching story behind what's actually going on. Planet Alpha will also be featuring ample amounts of platforming, so, by now, we can safely assume that there's something for virtually everyone in this game.
Planet Alpha is set for launch on PC and consoles come 4th of September, and it promises to deliver a thoroughly unforgettable experience when all is said and done.
