GTA Online: Lowriders update coming next week News

Rockstar is prepping an update called GTA Online: Lowriders for release next week, which will add tonnes of new car customisation options to garages across Los Santos and Blaine County. It also introduces Benny’s Original Motor Works, a new customs shop in downtown Strawberry which offers unique 'lowrider' modifications, including hydraulics, boosted stereos, pimp-worthy custom dashboards and more.

Apparently unhappy with the gameplay of the GTA Online on PC, a bunch of enterprising modder folk decided to take a stab at doing their own take on Rockstar's popular Grand Theft Auto V multiplayer mode, allowing them to host their own custom game mode variants as a result. The somewhat expected upshot of such initiative however, is that Rockstar have slapped a big six star wanted rating on the team and subsequently lowered the ban hammer on not just their Grand Theft Auto multiplayer accounts but any game released by the prolific developer in the future.

Players have been reporting issues with GTA Online's recent Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 update, claiming that since it dropped they've been experiencing micro stuttering and frame-rate inconsistency across both online and offline modes.
