The Valve Source-powered Zeno Clash from ACE Team would love to brawl its way onto Xbox Live Arcade, with the devs shopping for a publisher.
If it did go console then they’d add ”a little bit of extra content,” but that’s getting ahead of themselves. Xbox 360 was chosen over PS3 because of Source’s optimisation on the platform.
”We’ve been having conversations about a possible XBLA version of the game and we’re currently talking with a publisher, but we still haven’t closed that yet. But it’s something we’d really like to do,” ACE Team co-founder Carlos Bordeu tells Eurogamer.
”Usually when you port there is a lot of interest in adding new features and content so the console port is interesting and people who have the PC version will say, ‘Oh cool, the console version has these features added.’”
”I can’t tell you what it would be right now, but yes, we are looking at adding a little bit of extra content,” he added. ACE have already announced they’re working on a sequel to Zeno Clash that could see the light of a retail day next year, as well as more DLC for the original game.
