Diablo 4 Season 15 will arrive soon, and we’re looking into its expected start and end dates, as well as the content and new seasonal mechanics included.
After the Lord of Hatred expansion’s launch and Season 14, Season of Death Awakening, Diablo 4 players are expecting a special seasonal drop from the content update that will line up with BlizzCon 2026. Following the 3.2.0 PTR patch, a lot has been revealed, but Diablo diehards suspect Blizzard hasn’t fully detailed Season 15.
Diablo 4 Season 15 Release Date
The Diablo 4 Season 15 release date has yet to be unveiled by Blizzard, but we can try to estimate when it might drop.
| Detail | Information |
|---|---|
| Diablo 4 Season 15 Start Date | September 15, 2026 |
| Diablo 4 Season 15 End Date | mid-December 2026 |
Regular Diablo 4 seasons have a 90-day cycle that may change when Blizzard decides to do a shorter season. Season 14 started on June 30, and looking at its Reliquary and the remaining days, it looks like Season 15 will start on September 15, 2026, which is right after BlizzCon. However, we’ve yet to officially hear from Blizzard, and maybe the full reveal will be saved for the event.
Diablo 4 Season 15 Content & Seasonal Mechanics
Blizzard hasn’t officially revealed the Diablo 4 Season 15 content and seasonal mechanics yet, at least not in full, but thanks to the aforementioned PTR patch, we know a good deal about what’s being cooked.
Ahead of the official D4 S15 reveal, here’s the quick rundown of planned content and features:
- New seasonal items tied to the Warlock’s soul shard system, coming in all rarity levels.
- New uniques… from past games: Around nine unique items are coming from Diablo 1 to 3. These include Leoric’s Crown, the Stone of Jordan, and the Nemesis Bracers, among others.
- Adjusted mythics to make the system simpler in Season 15 and give players more control over these items.
- New Challenge Dungeons that are accessed through portals in the world. Torment levels increase the difficulty in exchange for better rewards.
- New talisman spells, including unique and mythic ones.
- Horadric Mail system through which Blizzard will deliver rewards and supplies.
- Reincarnation: Eternal characters can now be turned into seasonal ones, but limitations apply.
Stay tuned for a full rundown of Diablo 4 Season 15’s content and features – on top of its theming – in the coming weeks. We’ll be updating this page as news arrive.
