If you clicked on some of the Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr videos over the last couple of months, you were probably somewhat interested in the game. But although the title took a sharp delay at the end of the year, you'll get to play an alpha version soon enough. Once planned to release by the end of 2016, Neocore Games fell very close to the date before ultimately deciding to give it a little more time in the oven. Now scheduled to release somewhere in the second half of the year, it's interesting to think that they're still considering it as an alpha state long after it's initially proposed release date.

So don't go expecting to see this one on Steam. Though Neocore Games are using a similar model, it's going the original Minecraft route and keeping things very close to its chest. It'll land there at some point - likely by release, at least - but you'll have to fall off the radar for the time being. Interested? It's probably worth checking out a few of the Development Diary videos or reading up about it first.
