Kill Krampus as Killing Floor 2 Gets Free Holiday Update

Co-op zombie shooter Killing Floor 2 is getting a special free holiday update called the Krampus Christmas Seasonal Update which adds new enemies, new weapons, new bosses and more to the game, all holiday themed - and this weekend it's free on Steam too.

The update is available now and will be around until January 9. Here's what you can get:

NEW MAP “KRAMPUS LAIR” & ACHIEVEMENTS: New Holdout map and 5 achievements.
NEW BOSS & ZED APPEARANCES: Krampus is the new boss, and unlike the rest of the update will be available permanently - and will be called the "Abomination" after Christmas.
NEW WEAPONS: Freeze Thrower (which was a timed Xbox One exclusive) and the UMP SMG.
NEW EVENT OBJECTIVES: complete these and win prizes.
NEW SEASONAL COSMETICS & UNIFORMS: New Christmas-themed stuff to wear!
NEW DOSH VAULT ITEMS: The Vault has additional stuff.

Tripwire Interactive have stated that they are committed to supporting Killing Floor 2 through free updates, and they seem to be keeping that promise. The Krampus Christmas Seasonal Update is available now, and Killing Floor 2 is free to play on Steam until December 18 and has a 50% discount during that time.
