Arca's Path seems like something that you'd write off as a tech demo at first, but if you give the game a chance and take note of its soothing, pastel colours, calming atmosphere, and wonderfully abstract environs, it becomes obvious that there's a point to its design.
Arca's Path uses a uniquely-designed control system, where players will have to - quite literally - use their heads to control their orb/ball/avatar with great precision. If they manage to intuit the control scheme from the get-go, they will also have the chance to find difficult-to-reach collectables, though these will be optional. Furthermore, Arca's Path will also feature a time trial mode, for the more skilful or masochistic (or both) of us, which will become available on a level-per-level basis, as all collectables are located and, well, collected. Arca's Path is set to launch on all major VR platforms, the list of which includes the Steam VR, Oculus Rift, Oculus Go, Samsung Gear VR, and PlayStation VR, so if you've got even one of these, you should be good to go. The game is slated to come out on 4th of December, so stay tuned.
