Echoing titles such as Terra Nil, BioEden’s colorful, relaxed take on the management genre might just prove to be a great way to take a break from September’s surprisingly busy schedule of high-profile releases.
BioEden Release Date
Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Broken Arms Games have announced, during 2026’s Future Games Show Live showcase, that BioEden’s PC release date is locked in to September 3, 2026. Console versions will follow at a later date.

BioEden Gameplay
Played from an isometric perspective, BioEden revolves around setting up a self-sustaining network of structures with the ultimate goal of bringing extinct animals back to life.
Doing so involves managing power grids, water networks, purifying lakes, as well as recycling old structures, each step bringing the planet’s revival a bit closer.
“As your domes connect and your ecological economy grows, you’ll craft the perfect biomes to welcome dozens of wonderful animal species back into the world,” the developer explains in an emailed press release.
Building structures does, however, come with a cost, polluting the environment. Striking the right balance is key to success
BioEden Story
In BioEden, we play the role of a Keeper entrusted by the Cosmic Collective with the revitalization of a planet that’s certainly seen better days. It’s unclear whether or not the title has a bespoke story that drives its journey towards environmental revitalization.
BioEden Price & Platforms
- BioEden will first release on PC, via Steam, being confirmed to arrive later on Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
BioEden’s price has yet to be revealed, but that should change over the coming weeks and months.
BioEden System Requirements
Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Broken Arms Games have not shared BioEden’s system requirements and PC specs so far, but we expect to learn more about them fairly soon.
