With Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’s Update 13 out now and Year 3 plans for post-launch content teased, there’s a lot to look forward to and play before Space Marine 3 arrives. Next up, we’re looking into what to expect from Space Marine 2 Patch 14.
Update 14, the final one of the Year 2 roadmap, has been described as a smaller one, but we’ve already heard rumblings about what’s coming in the early stages of Year 3…
Space Marine 2 Patch 14.0 Release Date
There’s no specific release date for Space Marine 2’s Update 14 yet, but we now know it’s coming very very soon.
- Patch 14.0 for Space Marine 2 will be released across PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S before July 2026 ends.
Space Marine 2 Patch 14.0 Content
Following Update 12 & 13’s substantial additions, the bar is high for future Space Marine 2 content updates, yet it seems Saber won’t disappoint veterans and newcomers with what’s coming next.
While the full details for the still-undated Patch 14 haven’t been shared, we have a rough rundown of what to expect:
- 2 new PvP arenas: Facility & Sanctum, respectively located on Demerium and Avarax
- New Terminus enemy: the Scarab Occult Terminator Sorcerer, available in all Chaos operations
- 6 heroic weapons, including variants for the Stalker Bolt Rifle, the Power Sword and the, Power Fist
- New heroic cosmetics
- Second wargear update
- Salamanders Champion Pack 2 & Raptors Cosmetic Pack (paid via Season Pass 2)
We can also share the first teases about Year 3 straight from the developer:
- Five major patches (Patches 15 to 19)
- Free content witch each update + a new season pass
- More quality-of-life and stability improvements
- A new “highly requested” class set to arrive during the first half of 2027
Moreover, it’s now been confirmed that full Steam Workshop integration for mods will be happening soon. Even more shocking is confirmation that mod support will also be coming to consoles in the future. “This is a massive undertaking that is going to take a long time to implement and we’ve been working on it for a while, but now we are ready to announce it officially.”
