Things still don't seem to be getting any better at Crytek, as one former employee has quit his position and is threatening to sue the studio.

Squeezing everything they can out of their CryEngine, Crytek have announced a virtual reality game called Robinson: The Journey. It's about a young boy stranded on a mysterious planet following a crash landing.

We're free to explore in full 360 degrees of detail, says the studio, and we'll "become pioneers" by interacting with the rich ecosystem. An official website has launched but there's little there.

And the exodus continues. Crysis 3 and Ryse Producer Mike Read has left Crytek, following graphics engine designer Tiago Sousa and Homefront producer Hasit Zala out the door.

The new was first revealed on Read's LinkedIn page, but he's also update his Twitter page to reflect his new circumstances. Not a good month for Crytek.

EA bundle "entire collection of Crysis" into Trilogy release

Crytek's Crysis series is now packaged together in a single bundle edition called Crysis Trilogy. From the very humble island beginnings, to the twisted and fractured New York City jungle crammed full of aliens.

So that means Crysis, Crysis: Warhead, Crysis 2 Maximum Edition, Crysis 3 Digital Deluxe Edition and Crysis 3: Lost Island Expansion are now available as a single purchase for £34.99.

PC version of Crysis 3 flopped in Germany

A report from PCGamesHardware, a German language PC gaming site, has revealed that Crytek's Crysis 3 had flopped badly in Germany, which is also the developer's base of operations, selling a mere 100K units.
