Game of Thrones: War for Westeros is an upcoming real-time strategy game developed and published by the Australian studio PlaySide Studios, based on HBO's television series Game of Thrones. Announced at Summer Game Fest on 6 June 2025, it is billed as a "classic" premium RTS for PC in which players command one of the Great Houses — or the Night King himself — to claim the Iron Throne.
Set during the wars for control of the Seven Kingdoms, the game casts the player as the commander of a rival power raising banners, mustering armies and marching on Westeros. Marketing has stressed that players can "rewrite the fate of the realm," i.e. the outcome of the conflict is not bound to the events of the show.
