Rumours of a possible DLC for this Christmas that would offer an alternate ending have been thoroughly squished as there aren’t any plans for more expansions.
Instead focus for more new goodies have turned to Metal Gear Online, with the announced Meme Expansion coming this month. No secret Santa ending then? Dang.
”There are no plans to expand Metal Gear Solid 4,” a Konami rep told CVG. ”All further expansions are planned for Metal Gear Online,” they continued.
There have been significant calls for Xbox 360 version of Metal Gear Solid 4, something which has been strongly denied as a possibility, though recent rebuttals to the idea have been noticeable ‘softer’.
