Jim Ryan, SCEE Vice President, has affirmed that Home will be in the hands of PS3 gamers before Santa wrecks chimney structural foundations this year.
Community Manager 'TedTheDog' has reminded gamers that the open beta for Home will launch soon after "v1.0 is live." It's almost wrong that Sony's Home will finally come true.
For so long have PS3 gamers been waiting for Home that to now have it actually release could possibly rip up the space-time rulebook.
"It's still on track to move from closed beta to open beta before Christmas," said Ryan, during an interview with Gamespot AU.
"We'll be sending our invites once v1.0 is live," posted 'TedTheDog' on the Official European PlayStation Forums.
"Understand that SCEA's motivation to reward annual subscribers to QORE is a little different to our motivation to do a load test before Open Beta."
"Please don't worry though, we here at SCEE really do have a lot of invites to send and Open Beta will be along within weeks of that as well." Better hope that's true or you're gonna have a lot of ticked off Europeans clamouring for Sony blood and guts; metaphorically of course.
