Over 10.4 million Wii units have been gobbled up by European consumers this year Nintendo has revealed in their sales data for handhelds and home consoles.
Second place goes to the PlayStation 3 with Microsoft's Xbox 360 trailing at third, but the recent price snip for 360 has public favour with over 60k units sold last month.
Nintendo's DS handheld has beaten Sony's PSP too with 225,000 Nintendo portables getting shifted in July compared to Sony only reaching 50,000. Nintendo's best moment of the year has proven to be April with 180,000 units of the Wii being sold, besting their rivals greatly.
