3D realms have often said that they would like to develop an Xbox Live Arcade version of Duke Nukem 3D, so the decision was left to Microsoft but now it seems that we may actually see Duke Nukem on our 360 screens, and within a few months.
According to sources close to 3D realms, Duke Nukem 3D is scheduled to debut on Xbox Live within the next several months. They say that it'll feature a four-player online co-op mode, along with an eight-player online deathmatch mode.
Duke Nukem 3D was a game that we enjoyed very much back in our early days of gaming, it was a close call to Doom on how much fun you could have with it, even replaying it several times. Naturally, we'll be ecstatic when this one hits the arcade.
We'll let you know if we hear anything more.
