It's no surprise that Warner Bros. have increased their stake in the publisher, Eidos is amid takeover bids if rumours are to be believed.
Warner and Eidos already have a distribution partnership in place making them a likely buyer if push comes to shove. Formerly known as SCi, they assumed the name Eidos.
With the acquisition of another 10 million shares it brings Warner's total up to 52.5 million, granting them a 20 per cent stake in the company.
Another potential buyer is Square Enix but it's also thought they'd be happy to walk away with one of Eidos' development studios such as IO Interactive, based in Denmark.
