During his lecture at the GDC in Paris, EA's David McCarthy has revealed that they plan on including bundled peripherals with some future titles.
There was no mention of any platforms or anything specific on the kind of peripheral, but it could start "even within the next 12 months."
It was during a Q&A session that McCarthy spoke integrating peripherals into the sports titles much like they have for Rock Band on the Wii but he admits their cautious on pricing.
"You have to be careful with it, because Rock Band, that's a great peripheral, but it's a big expensive box," he said, adding that peripherals would be included "provided it doesn't raise that barrier of entry and accessibility" for gamers.
"I think you'll see games using that Rock Band peripheral strategy from EA Sports, even within the next 12 months."
