The upcoming multiplayer co-op zombie survive, Left 4 Dead, is not going to be released on November 7th. Its release will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Half-Life.
Both the Xbox 360 and PC versions will definitely be available the third week in November, it will be available for PC on Steam naturally.
”Left 4 Dead is going to be released on the tenth anniversary of Half-Life, our first game, so that’ll be on November 20th - the third week in November,” Valve’s head plumber Gabe Newell tells Gamekings at Leipzig.
Players have to team up and gun their way through a hordes of vagabond zombies looking to trash the place - pretty much like most UK town centres after 8 p.m.
An ”AI director” will decide to ramp up or give you a breather as you move on in the game. This depends on how well you’ve been doing against those pushy undead - so shoot like a blind one legged ant if you want an easier time in the next bit I guess.
