Developer Calls Activision Blizzard "an Impediment" to Brutal Legends

Double Fine title Brutal Legends has yet to find a publisher following the Activision Blizzard merger and their decision not to publish the title. An article in Variety reports that ”tensions are running high between Double Fine and Activision Blizzard” over the heavy metal action game as a new publisher is sought.

According to the article sources, Double Fine have said that Activision Blizzard is ”an impediment” to the process of landing a new publisher. With all this turmoil it seems unlikely that the game will be out anytime soon. Stay tuned for more news as we get it.
