"The class action was related to allegations of the purported "Hot Coffee" content contained in the Company's Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas title and historical stock option granting practices," said the statement.
Take-Two are pleased to see this settled after almost 4 years since the release of San Andreas.
"We are pleased to have reached this settlement, which represents another important step forward for the Company," said Take-Two chairman Strauss Zelnick.
If you didn't know, the “Hot Coffee” mod was a sex minigame included in San Andreas when it was released.
